Being Cybersmart means that we are wonderful members of our learning community - For us in Manaiakalani - this is the whole world.

We practice being Cybersmart by making sure we use kind words, are always a kind friend and to make sure we share our best work on our blogs.

We LOVE learning and we LOVE learning together.

Year 3 Extension MTVs

Year 3 extension made MTVs last week.

They wrote the words, recorded the song and then filmed their movies.

 This is their fist independent MTV.

We can't wait to see more from this talented bunch.

Our Wonderful Picnic

We were so lucky that the weather cleared and we could enjoy our annual picnic at Pt England Beach. Aren't we fortunate to have a beach right on our doorstep?

Swimming Lessons

We have been having swimming lessons for the last 2 weeks. Today was our last session and we practiced using life jackets and staying safe around boats. Thanks YMCA for our lessons.

Something BIG!

 It has been an exciting start to 2015 at Pt England School. All our year 1-3 students have their own iPads for their learning! We have been taking photos, writing stories, creating animations, drawing pictures and making movies! So much learning!!!!
